Receka offers you a guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund on the product or products, refunds will only be issued for un-used garments in there original packaging. Please let us know within 14 days and ensure the return reaches us within 30 days
- Always add your order number with the returning item, if not this can result in delays
- Its the buyers responsibility to return the item in the same condition it was recieved
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Receka will send out exchanged items free of charge within the UK.
- Once a return is received and excepted you will receive your refund will be processed in 1-2 days
When returning an item from outside the uk please complete the customs form correctly it should be declared as a return
